Kona HEV 1.6GDI Strange sound when starting

Hello everyone,

I have a brand new HEV Kona. After 1000Km if I started the engine and go forward I hear a strange sound outside the car.
The sound is completely as if something is stuck and then suddenly releases what is the brake, for example. But it's not the brake, because the car is rolling.
What's strange is that he only does it once a day and not in the morning, but after work when I'm going home. The service department checked the entire car, but found nothing.

My other fault is the red SOS signal. The message: no network coverage. Bluelink does not work and there are no services on the display. The service reset the CCS and DCU modules in dealer mode, but it didn't help.

It is very bad that you have to deal with such things for a one-month-old car.
Has anyone experienced similar errors?

i wonder if this is the brake pads sticking? do you keep your car outside and is it chilly in the morning where you are? i have had this in the past with hyundais several times i think its a known thing? only because i had a similar issue years ago and they found nothing and someone told me about this being a "thing"
