Kona HEV 2024 - obstructed camera

I have bought a new kona HEV Nline in August 2024.
In October, i had Four warning "obstructed camera" beeping every 5 seconds. The dealership will change the camera, but the new one will be delivered on march 2025.... Meanwhile they would not let me use my car unless I firm a responsibility discharge...
Do you have had similars issues?

We have a Consumer Law in this country (UK) which states that a new car must be fit for purpose and, if it isn't, then it must be repaired in a timely manner, replaced or a full refund given. I told them that unless they had my car repaired within the week I wanted a full refund.

The dealership managed to source a replacement camera from a compatible car in their stock and had it done within the week.

Check your consumer laws and use them to force the dealer to sort it out.

My vehicle is a 2024 Kona Hybrid 1.6 Ultimate.

Hi

I bought octobor kona n line hybrid 2024. I have got same issue from last night. It appearing every 10 second. It's not working crush control on moterway too. I am thinking to go delarship today. Please could you update your issues now. Is they take the our car with them until fixed?
They not let you use mean is they kept your car with them and they gave another car for use until repair? Please share.

Véhicule acheté en Belgique en 09/2024.Apres 15 jours la caméra gérant l'assistance à la conduite est défaillante. Un bip sonore toutes les 20 secondes !! Après deux mois, une mise à jour , qui devrait résoudre le problème, est proposée. Le véhicule est rentré ce matin pour mise à jour !!
En espérant que le problème soit résolu !!
