Hi MarkR

If you scroll to the bottom of the screen that shows the software version there should be two sliders that allow OTA updates. Make sure that both are moved to the right, then it should work if you are in an area with a good mobile signal.

Are yours to the right or left?

Hi OldMike,

Thanks for the reply to my query.

Unfortunately I don't have those sliders at the bottom of my car's screen. Instead the bottom item of the list of software versions, etc is "Device ID", with an "Update" button below it (see first photo). If I press that Update button I receive an error message saying "Please check the storage device and try again". This is the same as another forum member posted and appears to be a message relevant to doing an update from a USB stick , rather than the desired OTA update.

Although I can't see the sliders you refer to in the car, I do have the same sliders in my Bluelink app (under More > Service list). Those two sliders are turned on (ie moved to the right).

Any other ideas please!

You need to scroll up to find them

Hi MarkR.

As ibradburn says you need to scroll down further. But it looks from the slider on the right that maybe you can't. I also note that the Navigation app version and Map version that you seem to be old versions.

I suggest you try once more to scroll down. If you go to the screen you show, leave it for a couple of seconds, then put your finger on "Device ID" and try dragging that up. If it does not move then it may be because you have an older version of the software. If so you might like to contact your Hyundai garage and ask what they would suggest to get you onto the latest version.

I hope that helps. Good luck.

Let us know what happens.
