Hi!
I bought a second-hand 2022 Kona a couple of months back and I'm totally unable to use it with any rapid chargers. It'll charge on a type-2 charger no problem at all, whether it's at home or elsewhere, but trying to connect to any DC charger just throws up errors. The ring around the charging port goes red and the charge points give varied errors, depending on the type (an Instavolt one says "error 189", for what it's worth); the BlueLink app flashes up: "[Notification] Charging process successfully completed as configured." (I'm not aware I configured anything and as far as I can tell there's no limit on DC charging enabled!); the car itself reports "Charging stopped. Please check the DC charger" when it's next started.
I've tried booking an appointment to get it looked at but was advised that unless diagnostics show any faults I'll get charged for investigation of this, and everything in the app seems to be showing clear - and the earliest appointment I could get is January.
Wondered if anyone else has encountered similar issues and if so what they did to get the car charging?
