Hi
New to me 2021 64kw Ultimate has three main dealer services, but non main dealer I bought from serviced the car pre purchase.
However, I decided I wanted to have full main main dealer services, but being told it will be £597 for coolant change.
I also know the coolant was changed in a recall, but if this service isn't done, the battery warranty will be void.
Does this sound correct, anyone with any experience of this before?

By many reports, after this issue has been brought up many times, dealers are tending to be open to allowing for this.

You said "you know ..." but did you also tell them?

I did tell them and they know it's been done. That's why I find it odd it needs done again to keep battery warranty.

This has been discussed quite a bit on other forums since thousands of other owners are in the same pickle. I'd suggest this one first because it's where this TSB was first reported. Search for "coolant" or "BSC2".

But also Reddit, InsideEVs and SpeakEV in Kona, Niro and Ioniq 28/38 forums.
