Is it me? somebody please HELP...starting to lose my mind here....

Hi everyone.
This is my first Kona but not my first EV, I had an Ionic previously and when I collected it the battery charged pretty near to the anticipated range.
Ive just collected a Kona ^%?160 advance comfort which has a top charge of 319 (which of course im not expecting and its only charged to 269. I thought there might be something up when i collected it and the mileage was set to km and I pointed at it and the salesman said that is the only thing i didnt set, sorry.
i was expecting maybe 300?
269 seems very low to me for a warmish spring charge? motability rang them today on my behalf but the woman who rang for me had no clue about electric and they said you wont get 319 - i said to her im not expecting 319. so i rang them and left a message but they didnt ring me back. I dont usually make phone calls its VERY difficult for me but this is driving me crazy right now.
I just got the feeling right from the start (the reg suddenly changed and other things.. its been messy) that they are not playing fair here. so some clue as to what others are getting on a 2024/5 kona advance 65 would be great thanks in advance , from my daft dog

From your previous EV experience you know that the range displayed is an estimate based on the previous driving manner.

I've only had my 2022 64kWh since early February, and it's only been charged to 100% once, when it displayed 250 miles.

Cruising a 65mph on motorways I get about 4miles/kWh, which would equate to 240miles range.

On A and B Roads I get up to 5miles/kWh, which is 300 miles range.
