New 2024Kona EV ultimate not charging

Hi all

Just took delivery last Friday of kona ultimate EV with 17 inch wheels. Over the weekend did mixed driving of approx 165 miles and charge indication showed 52% charge remaining.
Went to charge today on a Jolt charger and it notified me when 80 % charged was charged via the mobile APP but I let it run for 1hr 9 mins to give 93% charge according to the Jolt APP.

However, the car still shows 52% and so does the Bluelink App. I took it to the dealer and they said they need to keep the car in for full diagnostics check but beforehand try charging elsewhere.

I checked with Jolt add they confirmed that the car had been charged and I was charged on my account. Also, this charger is very busy being on the main road and 35k per hour charge.

Does anyone know what might be wrong as it's not showing and electric added?

My guess is that it's a quirk in the battery management, a software re-set should cure it but I haven't been in the motor trade for nearly 20 years so it really is a guess.

Thanks for the input. That's what I think as well but upset - cat only 3 days old
