2022 Sat Nav Update Fail

2022 Standard GEN5W Nav.

Current SW Vers ends in 210817.
New SW Vers ends in 240726.

64GB memory stick and a PC running Navigation Updater.
Navigator Updater loads identical data to the PC and to the stick.
Download ends and says to load memory stick into car.
But there's only 25.3GB in each location.
And only 24.7GB in HU/images.
Does this mean the data hasn't been unpacked/uncompressed ?

I go to Settings/General.
Insert the stick.
"Reading USB device"
"No media files"

A new screen appears:
"Start infotainment system update?"
"Update Info 240726"

But Update button is greyed out ?

Can be tempermental. Maybe try downloading to the PC only then transfer to a exfat format USB stick. and then to car. If you haven't done so already maybe start from scratch as it's possible something got corrupted or as you suggest the "data didnt unpack properley" good luck and remember the update can take some time with no info or notices showing until it completes.

Got a fix from another Kona forum.

They showed a compatibilty link that said the update was only for non-Bluelink Konas.

The compatibility list I saw didn't say Bluelink or non-Bluelink:

2020-2023 Kona Electric - Standard GEN5W Navigation - XXXXXXX. 240726

My Kona is BlueLink.
