I have a 2021 Kona 1.6h-GDi Premium DCT Euro 6 Hybrid. Had an issue with not being able to use the remote to open the car. Used the key and then pressed the 12V battery reset. All good now after a 30 minute drive.
My question is where is this 12V battery located? Is there actually separate 12V battery? I went to get the battery tested at Halfords but the battery could not be found.
It’s not under the front seats either.
See photo of engine bay. Fuse box indicated.

This may not be of any use but a discussion I came across relating to jump starting...scroll down a long way to find the reply which might give you an idea.

With the Hybrid vehicle the battery is in the rear cargo area under the floor (where non-hybrid vehicles can stow their cargo cover). Be VERY aware that with the Hybrids there is high voltage systems involved, these are all marked with the orange cables.
The terminals to jump start YOUR vehicle are in the engine compartment and are detailed in your owners manual. Do not jump directly to the battery. Follow the details in the book.
Note the manual is available through your console if you do a search for 'jump starting' it should come up.
No details are supplied about jumping another car from your Hybrid vehicle, but I would recommend looking at details online about how to do that safely if you wish to.
