No Grab handle on drivers side - what is behind

I see it is common on these, and indeed a lot of Hyundai's, that the drivers side does not have a grab handle. Not a problem as I do not want one, but what I do want to do is put a glasses holder in that nice gap instead (previous car had one from factory). I have a glasses holder that clips onto the sun visor, but it is a bit chunky.
I am just curious if there is anything behind the lining (lugs for a grab handle if going to a left hand drive market). I just don't think screwing into the lining itself is a good idea so would prefer to screw into something more solid.

You could try looking under headline carefully and see, usually cars have fixing for universal market
