Having just done the latest update using USB stick - I switched the USB back to the stick that has a load of MP3 music on it and saw an option for video files as well as audio. So....having some video downloaded from You Tube on another stick (MP4) to watch on home TV - I plugged that in and the videos play on car info screen. I was surprised and is this even legal here in the UK. I thought you could only have videos or dvd players in the rear of a car?

I've still not had anything different than the 'swirly', the dealership have recommended I remove the stick and see if it does complete an OTA update.

@jeffers can you advise the make / model of the USB drive you used that worked?

From Argos....Sandisk USB 3 100Mb 64GB about £8 I think. Something about the capacity has to be at least 32GB I remember reading on Hyundai FAQ somewhere?

Prior to reading your message. I'll see if that works any better than the one I have now! If not I'll try the one you reference :) Do you have an actual link for it?

So the upload takes an age, and then it does not really tell you that it is ready, but I eventually gave up and when I next started it said there was an update. I chose to let it do that when I got home and it seemed to be pretty quick at that point.
They could do better message / progress status. At least I know for the next time

Interesting I've bought a different USB stick to try with and we'll see how that goes.

I've been talking to Hyundai technical and they advised the 'SX2.EUR.ccNC.001.002.240719' OTA update for ccNC is not actually being released until next week which confuses matters even more!

I presume that is the version you already have?
